It's been a while....
It's been nearly a year since I last blogged and I don't think I've missed it. I don't think I was in a place to write also and I've had a lot to keep me busy. I've been out of work for over a year. Since being made redundant and being pregnant, it wasn't easy to get work before having F. In one hand I was lucky to have the time to have a relaxed pregnancy. However, in the other hand I was living off of Job Seekers Allowance, redundancy pay and some savings. Not the best situation to be in when you are pregnant, especially with some big purchases to make. If I was lucky enough to have worked up until I needed to go on maternity leave, then I've had about the same amount of time off before going back to work, if I still had a job. And now I need to get back into work to help support my family. Where I live, it was kind of becoming the new "norm" of being made redundant. It was in the local news everyday. Not a trend I want to be apart of
